Text Box: How much time can I expect to volunteer each week? Each week the unit trains from 1930 (that's 7:30pm), until about 2230 (10:30pm) on a Monday night. Several times a year there may be an exercise on a weekend, and regional Training courses are often held on Weekends. On Average a new member can expect to put in about 5 hours per week. It is not unusual for Officers and some Team Leaders to put in up to 10-15 hours a week, on top of Monday night training. Operations come in varying types and accordingly it is impossible to predict how much time you could expect to spend on operational tasks
